The only playthrough of this I found was only up to stage 3 because the uploader couldn't clear it. Should give you a good idea of what it's like though.

I don't remember too well, but I'm pretty sure she vanished at the end of her route and lost all of her memories. The real Ayu is techically the same person and she experienced all of it, but she doesn't remember any the memories she made as an astral projection.

Ex hospital tech here.

I used to work in a lot of ICU's and was the person in charge of cleaning up shit. Literally this encompassed half of my daily job duties in an ICU.

When people are unconscious whether it be medically or chemically induced (some patients are given drugs to induce an unconscious state) they still poop. Most are given a stool softener so it will pass easily. So 90% of the time their poop is the consistency of gravy.

Some patients wear adult diapers, which are pretty difficult to get situated correctly on someone that is unconscious. So there are special pads and linens that we placed under their ass to help catch the poop.

But this did not always catch it all. I had patients that shit in the floor without leaving the bed. Sometimes a patient would shit 3-4 times in a shift. It's a lot of fun when that happens to multiple patients across a 12 bed ICU.

TL;DR: unconscious people shit liquid in the bed and the people that are caring for them have to clean it up.

Why are Key H-scenes so vanilla and boring?

It's fine if they are just tacked-on because porn sells, but at least do something to make them stand out. Give the girls pubic hair or something, that'd make them at least somewhat enjoyable even if the writing is shit.

The 2006 anime is fantastic, but I have a soft spot for the shitty 2002 anime because the designs are more faithful to the original and the poor animation is charming. It also does justice to Nayuki.
