2059995 was sarcastic. Youmu has a throw in both IaMP in SWR. And it's pretty good in IaMP.

I just started playing SWR today, and I have a few questions.

-Is there any way to make the framerate visible?
-Is that girl with the scythe the final boss?
-Do my eyes deceive me, or does Reisen teleport?

-Komachi is not the last boss, Tenshi is.
-Reisen does not have a teleport skill, he attacks are just deceptive and some have illusions and whatnot.

There are six stages in story mode. Whoever is your sixth foe is the final boss. You can tell she's the final boss by applying traditional touhou logic: She'll be the smallest, least imposing girl you'll fight all game. She'll also have a sword of some sort.

Note, her last spell card is made of 5000 niggers. Good luck.

No charge inputs are in IaMP or SWR, and there only exists two grabs: Youmu throw (which is a command throw that doesn't deal damage by itself and needs to be linked with a combo) and Suika's "Massacre Everything Card" (horrible grappling range, but if it connects it HURTS).
