First-timer here, anyone know if I'll be able to walk over (45min) from Tsukiji at like 5am or am I better off taking the first train?

Another first timer here, more stressed about attending Comiket than anything else about my trip to Japan.

My biggest concern is whether I manage to buy everything before the new works I want sell out. Is there a rule of thumb for in which order to visit circles? Small, niche fetish doujin creators first before visiting big music circles that release 3 albums each comiket or the other way around? My priority will be touhou doujin music circles, but the amount of artists I want stuff from is around 100. Budget is big enough to afford buying anything that looks remotely interesting.

Also when should one arrive at Big Sight before the event starts, since there is a ban for coming too early to line up? My hotel is near Big Sight 10 minutes away from so traveling won't be a problem.

Should I get the catalog through online sources before traveling to Japan or just get it from Akiba which I'll visit before Comiket starts. I feel like planning out in which order I move from X hall to Y hall before arriving to Japan would be good.
