In the recent the instagram pictures she has different makeup from the other girls. Also, the show she was featured in was in Singapure, far away from Japan.
She has a microphone but I could not hear her voice in any video so far.
Based on that I think there is room to argue that she is not the new official member.
Koba could have opted to "travel light" and instead of carrying five other dancers, he chose to take only one, since the show was far from home and would entail extra costs.Also, the fact that she has makeup similar to kamis is another an indicative that her status is not of an official member yet. And of course we had no offical release from management as of today.

The Sakura Gakuin festival we had on the 25th of November was really, really, reaally fun <3
I was really nervous and filled with anxiety and ended up crying right before our performance~ However I thought to myself "I have to do this!", got over my anxiety, got my feelings in order and tackled the performance head on!! Once I got on the stage, I was so surprised by the sheer number of Fukei there! However, I was capable of getting hyped with everyone there and I believe I was able to give a much better performance than what I rehearsed <3
My objective for this school festival was to Showcase how much I've changed since I transferred in! However accomplishing this objective was no easy task. I was really troubled by not being able to figure out how to properly make facial expressions. Even when I tried making them and worked hard in doing so, nothing seemed to change that much. But then it hit me. It wasn't that I was bad at making facial expressions, the truth was I couldn't display the feelings and emotions I put into songs. From that point I got some advice from our dancing instructors, and little by little I became capable of conveying my inner thoughts. For this reason I'm wondering on whether I succeeded in delivering those feelings to you during this school festival! It's my first festival and there were many things that changes and realizations that I made. My next objective is to become as good as the second and third year students at singing, dancing and talking!!!!!! accomplishing this will take a lot of hard work so form now onward I will be heading towards my second year and growing up working three times, four times harder that anyone else!

Sucks because out of MR, we got just one fucking video. I loved to death that Karate video, but we could have used more and it was getting exciting to see BM with higher production values. It is what is though.

Also we have to keep in mind that record companies aren't incentivized to make music videos because there's no money in it. What would the total ad revenue be off all the views on their youtube? A few thousand dollars? versus the cost of production? Not worth it.
