A vast majority of /mbgg/, for many many months now, has been a lot of either bumps, broposts, shitposting or any combination of the 3 just in an attempt to keep the thread alive in some capacity. Because it can easily sustain itself on /vg/ with multiple threads per day, even a week+ later like a real thread. The game is pretty popular and probably will be for a while.

I think it's a perfect case study of why /mbgg/ is so quiet on /vg/. I have neither of those and have been performing just fine. If anything you want support characters who can actually debuff properly instead. SKyaru, Makoto, Jun and Mutsuki are far more important than anything else. As long as you have Kaori and decent stuff to back you up (Shiori, Djeeta, whatever, all the same shit in the end) you'll do 1M+ a fight easy enough. It's all about the debuffs.

Magic is kind of fucked in that regard. SKyaru is extremely strong in her attacks, her UB and her debuff. Most other mages lack in some regard such as their UB being AoE trash or they have some gimmick like Ilya and Yori killing themselves.
