In the interest of fairness and curiosity I read over these, and while not exactly bad, there are a few issues that keep them from being all that enjoyable for me:

1. They make ample use of MGE concepts and lore, but rather than respectfully add to or change them to make their own well defined setting, they instead twist them to be things they aren't supposed to be in the MGE, pretty clearly with antagonism towards various MGE concepts, or at least their twisted interpretation of said concepts (like how they view and speak of "corruption"). Its hard to like new material that seems to dislike the source material and twists it to be as negative as possible.

2. For a monster girl setting, the vast majority of the text either talks about humans, or talks about monsters in such indistinct terms that they may as well be regular humans. Parts of the Misceus article are about the only exception. Its my impression that most monster girl fans want to read mostly about the monster girls, at most material should be 50% about humans, 50% about monster girls.

3. Making the Order more effective is one thing, but largely ignoring that monsters will fight to the death if necessary and are largely as capable as ever in such a fight is another. If a group like the Red Order really existed, all but immune to being reformed and genocidal toward monsters, one can bet Lilith would reluctantly treat them the same way she did the old tentacle forest. She certainly wouldn't be "ineffective" if a majority of humans fought like the Red Order.
