Here's an idea: action-type game based on the Holders series. You don't fight the Holders themselves (not normally anyway), but people who are trying to bring the Objects together.

Actually, given that I like discussion for the sake of discussion, I enjoy "let's make a VN, Anonymous" threads with the full knowledge that such VNs will not happen.

And people like me are the main reason they don't happen, either because (perceived) lack of talent or laziness, Anonymous eager to discuss the prospect of a VN suddenly vanish when it comes to actually making it. All of us can throw around ideas with some proficiency, but not many can get down to "serious business" so the would-be project just ends up being mere brainstorming. Not that this is a bad thing.

It would be pleasant to have an artist, or even artists, and collaborative editors who would help me put my collective knowledge about the Moon into a series of doujinworks.

It wouldn't even be a huge, ponderous pile of fanwankery like most Touhou doujins, but rather a series of short stories and excerpts from the daily lives of the Moon folk and the exploits of their forces.

There seems to be a general feeling of hate and dislike for all of Eientei and its people, though, so this would definitely not go far.

A year or two ago I was designing (writing a design paper, not drawing shit) a 2D-ish arcade game about Sakuya cleaning the floors of SDM. The game basics were to mop a floor area clean while throwing out various touhoes, the latter would otherwise walk about and create dirty footprints.

I realised I was fucking tired of pulling people and had already been burned out once from trying to herd geeks on field trips. I reckon it's the 1980s generation that is simply spoilt rotten.

I wish that I could draw. I don't even know where to start.

Music is so easy... there are OSTs for virtually anything out there. Just grab something from an older OST and most people wouldn't even recognise it. I mean how many of you even listen to the OSTs?

- Visual novels
- jRPGs
- Japanese 2D games and doujin games (Touhou would obviously be here).

Use forum to share ideas, exchange music creation tips, post Works In Progress and collaborate. If one bro is good at say, vocals, and you can record guitar, then consider using both of your skills to create a single track. Both of your music skills will improve as a result, and you're more likely to get much better song out of it. It's a win/win situation. But you can also work solo.

It really would be a good idea to keep any projects on a small scale. Not all VNs have to be Tsukihime length to be good. Just look at VNs like Planetarian to see how a short story can be so emotionally affective.

Of course the less space a writer has to work the more skill he needs to produce anything of value. Still I could easily see /jp/ getting together and doing a short VN or game or manga or something. As long as people are willing to effort into the project.
