Whew, Power Yukari with only a Void and Illusion attack really made Satori easy. Satori's Yukari switches out because she has nothing to damage me, and Yukari stalls out the switch-in with confusion and Force Shield until she gets serious and sweeps. Just need another puppet to clean up Satori's Yukari at the end which is easy while she's being lazy.

Power Hatate is a weaker version of Power Aya with Salvo. Currently using her right now and so far she hasn't been a disappointment. Only problem is what to put as her fourth skill since she only gets three multihit moves. Been looking for a good Spread skill to replace raid.

Assist Hatate is probably the best puppet to have in your team if you're playing in a PvP meta where OHKO moves are fair game, since she's the other one of two puppets (the other one being Extra Ellen) to be immune to both perfect aim and shattering earth. You can safely keep her in during Byakko and actually benefit from it due to her a couple of 50% accurate dynamic miss type of skills normally meant to be used in conjunction with her ability Telescopic.

Don't know what you're supposed to do with Extra Hatate though.

Extra Hatate seems like a general special attacker with decent defenses.
I do find it strange she doesn't seem to have this game's equivalent to acrobatics, (a flying move that doubles damage with no held item) despite having nimble and having the ability to use gems as a held item. She seems like the perfect candidate to have it.
Her other ability just seems like a decent switch play thing, and when paired with her attack can be pretty effective.

Give it to EYuyuko. She gets 4 Javelin skills, 2 of which she gets STAB and has great Fo.Att. The only puppet with higher Fo.Att. who gets 4 Javelins is PYuuka, but she has way too high Sp.Att. for a mixed Fo. Attacker which comes at the cost of Sp.Def. and Speed.

Kanako was a definite difficulty spike, but she’s optional anyways. Like the other anon I was plenty overlevelled for her still, and I was even raising 12 puppets at once. After you finish the Former Hell and geyser center areas, the game actually starts taking huge steps toward catching up with your levels, increasing by like 5 levels per zone. It’s really wierd.

>> No.20145122

>>20141432
Yes, she levels super quick, her two stab types hit almost everything for at least neutral, and her ability boosts stab damage. It was enough to effortlessly sweep the entire game, but now with the expansion (especially with Warped-type’s addition) PAya is preferred, especially because she still contributes in the postgame.

Alright. Looking up the different forms, I guess the team will be extra Marisa, assist Chen, defense Sukuna, and speed Kogasa. I'm still not sure what to make Kyouko. Power boosts her attack to ridiculous levels, but her speed goes into the trash and her defense stats don't look too hot. The other two seem a little better, Assist looks like a special type tank-ish and extra looks like it focuses on focused attacks.

Power Kyoko is tankier than she seems thanks to her base 120 hp stat. I'd caution against Assist Kyouko since she'd be your third Earth-type puppet. Extra Kyouko's worth considering though, since you already have 3 spread attacks. Personally I like to evenly spread my team's attack stats, with only mixed-attackers throwing the balance off sometimes.

You're lacking super-effective STAB for Void- and Light-types, so you definitely want a Dark-type, and my autism tells me you want a focus attacker. Assist Hina is a fantastic puppet that also fits that bill for you, so I'd recommend her as your 6th puppet. She's also low-cost which seems to fit the theme of your team (aside from Sukuna). If you need someone to fill her role before Youkai Mountain just pick up Wriggle, Sekibanki, or Rumia temporarily.

Same Type Attack Bonus; S.T.A.B.
If a Wind-type puppet uses a Wind-type move, the attack's power is increased. I forget what the specific numbers are for it, maybe a 20% boost to the move's base power? So if this hypothetical Wind-type move has 100 base power, it effectively becomes a 120 base power move when used by the Wind-type puppet.
