There is no 'compatiblity'. 3rd Shiki is a living conduit to the Origin, she can do as she fucking pleases, she has no limits. Tohno Shiki eyes understand only Death, they can't alter reality like healing wounds or something. Even if he becomes more powerful, the only thing he can see is death.
Ryougi Shiki can see death as a byproduct of 3rd Shiki having the Origin, so yeah, their eyes are basically the same, but Death and Origin are two different things.
