I don't really see much reason to care if a girl is MGE or not. The MGE is just a setting with a predefined but expanding roster of inhabitants. Take an MGE girl and make her behave in a way inconsistent with the guides and she's not MGE even if she's visually a clone of a profile girl. Take a girl that hasn't been introduced to the MGE or is drawn way off-profile, make her behave the right way and it's still good enough for me.
