Alright /fit/

I've been thinking of studying either Capoeira or Tae Kwon do. Let's go ahead and point out the benefits of each one and which one would you recommend? Just a bit of background info on myself, I'm a short guy, used to be into bodybuilding and boxing, but now I want to gain some flexibility while learning either one of these two.
