There's no reason for Gilgamesh to be as strong as he is.

Servant strength is generally proportional to how famous they are in the human world. Who the fuck cares about Gilgamesh? His fame is about as high as Medea's, so he should only be as strong as her.

You need to get the True end to get the Canaan scenario. Do these choices in the final time block:

Then replay the epilogue.

To unlock the heartbeat of spring scenario, you need to get at least 50 bad ends, then replay the epilogue.

For the Mean Clean scenario, you need to finish the two bonus chapters, and then go back and find new JUMPs in the main story:

After viewing that scene, go back to the very last part of the Mean Clean scenario and you'll get one last chance to view a bonus scene, the text is changed and the instructions are pretty obvious.

In F/Z, because he has more interactions with people that are more similar to him in nature (Kotomine and Iskandar) he does come across as more likable when talking to them, but that’s pretty much it. I don’t really think he is a character you are supposed to identify with or root for in most situations.

Most magi do not think like that. They expect that magic always trumps over technology. What sets Kiritsugu apart was his willingness to use guns and explosives in magus fight.

Even if they did think about that, the masters of the fifth war weren't trained assassin (well, aside Kuzuki), and a gun without training is useless, especially when you're set against heroes who are at the peak of what is possible magically. What do you expect Shinji to do? Take a gun and start shooting at Saber? What do you expect Shirou to do? Put one or two bullets into Illya while Berserker is closing on him?

Illya and Rin are old school magi who didn't care about guns, Shinji is Shinji, Shirou is autistic, Sakura is insane, and Kuzuki gives absolutely no shit whatsoever. The only one who could have used guns is Kotomine, and he is his own little ball of retarded.
