No, they are not. They were two-headed dragon and split into two after monsterization. It also said because they were one entity their emotion are very similar and they are going to find one husband for both of them.
They own tons of shops and majority of taverns in dragonia but often work as bartenders for fun. The older one, Sarona, tells visitor stories/situation/problems that are highly related or the same to the life stories/situations/problems the visitor is facing at the moment ( I guess through some monster instinct or super deduction). And the younger one, Luna, gives advises on how to overcome those problems and what to do.

Does it matter? They have magic, we don't, a single Lilim could bring down the US by taking out the command structure before we can even figure out what's going on, and a single Ryu could shut down any airforce over any battlefield.

More likely however, some high rank demon would simply offer a cure all potion, or a potion capable of reversing ageing, and just about every single human would be on his knees within the hour, and those that are not would find themselves fighting both monsters and 99% of humanity.
