Should I move someone from the 2nd team to the first one if I'm interested in optimizing my first team and eventually tackling the harder EX missions and other ultra hard content? And should I finish working on the wheat dupe or leave her there? I initially started working on her because I needed the extra power but now I don't know what to do with her.

I'm aware I'm missing dodge or barrier stuff people pointed out to me the last time I asked but I figure that will come with time so I'm not worrying much about it, just want to start working and preparing for it now.

Getting Pygmy Waterlily is insane luck, congrats. Her kit complements Violet Cress perfectly, and if you add in some burst rainbows like Wheat and Christmas Dusty Miller (plus Anemone for critical focus), you can tackle some tougher content pretty easily. In fact, you should be able to do a good number of ultimate maps and take on some Aqua Shadow EX right now.

True endgame content (Nidhoggr core, Aqua Shadow EX Re: etc.) requires ampule-maxing your girls, though, so you'll need to wait longer if you have these maps in mind. They are designed for people who already trampled over everything else and are looking for a challenge, but lower-tier challenge maps should occupy you until you hit that level.

You could opt to move Colchicum to the first squad in place of Ghost Weed to create an incredibly effective crit/weakness team setup. However, from the looks of it your first team will be more than sufficient as-is once you're able to max out second affections and get some ampules on them. Instead I'd say to shore up your omitted third and fourth teams by shuffling members around, ensure that they're fit for standing on their own in rough content, and maybe move the Wheat duplicate to one of them to ensure you can take on hard maps with more than 2 separate routes. Most challenge maps attempt to split your attention like that and the only ones I can think of that usually don't are the EX Aqua Shadow maps, which are still far out of your reach.

Though if you've kept your spare Wheat for this long you may as well fuse her up the rest of the way too. You're only losing about 600k gold, ~50 100-year manyus, and however many affection items you need by getting her to level 80 and that's very inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.

That's a good idea, yeah. Burst teams are really solid at the moment, after all the rainbow buffs, and with some luck you should be oneshotting many nodes even in endgame maps (which is why whale chapter 2/Re: Sakura & Ume/second Kodaibana challenge have mechanics specifically designed to block burst tactics).

Also get the character equipment for your rainbows, if you haven't already.

I'd recommend hitting the gold boost map hard during a 2x gold event, because ampule feeding at level 80 is unholy expensive (many people keep their ampule targets at base level for that reason). Stamina nectar piles up very fast, so don't be afraid to use it liberally.

Going to dissent with the other anon here, as your first team would only have one source of skill rate up past the first turn if you removed Ghost Weed so I'd say to stay away from Dusty Miller in that slot so you can have slightly more consistent damage in more protracted battles. Wheat's 1.65x multiplier combined with the weakness/crit damage being output from everyone should cover most avenues anyways, plus Colchicum is probably better for overall damage since Dusty Miller's guaranteed crit on turn 1 is a bit situational with your crit chance so high. Your choice since there's pros and cons to both, but I can't stand having less than 2 skill activation rate up girls in a team.

Character equipment can be obtained from the third stage of character quests and like all equipment can be raised to level 50. Once you raise it to 50 you can spend special stones you get from Aqua Shadow maps to evolve the equipment, which resets it to level 1 but gives it higher base stats and an ability which increases the attack and defense of everyone on the team who matches the user's type by 2%. However, it's extremely expensive gold-wise and the farming is slow so just obtaining the equipment for all your team members and maybe leveling up a few would be best. Equipping an entire team with evolved level 50 character equipment takes thousands of staming farming EX Aqua Shadow maps (the only place the 6* stones drop frequently) and millions of gold, not to mention all of the fusion items you'd spend.

You grind for upgrade shards in aqua shadow stages, with EX giving the best returns, and that's basically it. Upgrade itself is straightforward, it only takes some gold and shards of the corresponding rarity (10 rainbow shards and 250k gold for rainbow girls' equipment, 8 gold shards and 187k for golds ). Rainbow shards are rather rare, so you can also refine them for 6 gold shards apiece (while a gold shard can be refined from 5 silver shards and so on).

Upgraded character equipment stats vary, but are usually in the range of ~600 attack and ~200 defense, with a bonus 2% attack/defense to girls with the same attribute in the party. Popularity contest winners' special equipment can also be upgraded and come with slightly different bonuses.

Not much changed, as far as I can see. First rainbow one is actually okay if you take it as "rainbows by burst damage potential" instead of actual power levels, good if you're a paying player and can collect several of these/ want to show off by oneshotting endgame maps, not if you're trying to take on things above your head with cheat units. List is also in for a rude awakening in maps that punish burst, it needs to realize that mitigating damage is everything in budget endgame teams.

That list is a riot. Kerria at C, Easter Cactus being at SS despite her ability being an inferior barrier in maps where it will matter (it's still good though, since it stacks with barrier), rainbows with nearly identical kits in different tiers for strange reasons.

I'd much rather talk about lore powerlevels, though. I want to see Adenium and her fanclub take on Red Ginger with Anthurium + Hibiscus, or the Acacia, Tritonia, Water Hyacinth and Orange teams having some kind of sports or music competition. Will team mom Tritonia's perfectionism prevail over Water Hyacinth's devil-may-care attitude? I was skeptical too when the feature was first introduced but in practice there are very, very few cases in which rarity growth is not 100% worth doing. Those are mostly relegated to golds with a counter ability who would miss the extra defense that comes with maxed equipment slots, but even then it's a tossup at best because of what they'd be gaining in the process. The significantly higher base stats, one/two/three new abilities, and higher values on pre-existing abilities/skills make the comparison a pretty stark contrast.

Besides, most non-whales will never get a rainbow above 1 or maybe 2 equipment slots if they get incredibly lucky and they're still considered far and away better than maxed golds.

Got Laurentia recently and just got to her H-scene. Decided to use the Nutaku version of the scene as a companion piece because sexual organ kanji is annoying to read. Saw that the CG for the Nutaku version was different and found out that they used the Bloomed CG for her original scene. Dialogue the same, just with the Bloom CG. So trying to decide on a "main" dark team for the tower event (ignore the low POW value, I'm not done slotting weapons in the grid).
Amon and Satan in the front row are an absolute 100% given but I can't really decide on the last 4, or even the 2 backrow.
Buer, Ereshkigal, Manes, Cernunnos and Hypnos give good arguments for themselves but I'm pretty sure no possible combination of those 5 has good synergy, or any at all, and the attackers honestly feel lackluster.

Depends on the unit. There are some really good golds like Mehlis, Rino, and Margaret. (And Katie, but you mentioned her.) There are also a lot of gold units that will increase drop rates for different things just by having them, and getting them to AW will max out that bonus, so they're also worth leveling (unless you have the newish plat princess that beats them all out with a single skill, because only the highest rate skill takes effect). There are also some that are honestly just nice to have around, like Lychee/Raichi. Easy to level and useful to have when there aren't a lot of alternatives in the class. And to be perfectly honest, Cloris and Iris are still among the better units in their class. So don't go writing off golds just because they're lower rarity.

When they say gold fairies, they mean the EXP fairies with 18k EXP to a gold unit, which can only exclusively be used on gold units. And the game gives you a ton of them.

As for the requirement, this is the kind of requirement you'll see in something like a gold rush event, or you may see a penalty in a story challenge map on unit cost for units above a certain rarity. You don't generally see it otherwise. It can also appear as a weekly mission, to clear one of the week's event maps with gold units or lower.

It's no translation, but here's another update for the increasingly ungainly flower knight phylogenetic tree, now covering 408 of the 410 girls released so far. As usual, the phylogeny table at http://フラワーナイトガール.攻略wiki.com/index.php?図鑑#pe854db6 was a great help for this, and is recommended to anyone interested in that kind of business (the table itself doesn't show it, but it's even segregated at the tribe level).

We've had only one extra order added to the game's roster during the past eight months (Piperales, represented by Peperomia and marking the 38th out of 64 angiosperm orders), but the difference is made up by the addition of phlox, smilax, leadwort, buckthorn, elm, fig and currant families into the mix (bringing the total to 103 out of 416). The real winners of this year, though, are monocots and Lotus Lake, which jointly capitalized on the "water/wetlands plants" niche with girls like Rice, Pygmy Waterlily, Pickerel Weed and the upcoming Parnassia (the iris family is also firmly in the country's monopoly, judging from girls such as the twins, Sparaxis, Blue-eyed Grass and Tritonia). Roses, legumes and the dogwood family are other groups under recent spotlight, and I'm especially happy about true grasses finally getting the love they deserve (though the same can't be said about glasses girls just yet, and we still lack a bamboo in the game).

Unless you want to go thorough the "DMM experience" (basically going in blind), there's plenty guides out there that point out which mobs do what, and in what order to approach them (for Quetz GO stage 1, you kill them in 1-3-2 order, and recharge skills on 2nd mob. If def+regen is too much, wait it out or clear it).That alone makes the first 4 stages easier.
That said, GO full clear (20p) is meant for people with decent teams and grids (element advantage is optional). For new people, you can still get the participation points and eventually get enough orichalcum to FLB your weapon of choice.

Once you get strong enough to farm a decently high whale map, you should burn some nectar and go through that as many times as possible during a 2x gold week. Whale equipment is great, bloom hearts are always welcome, and you get a ton of fairies too.

Aqua Shadow is another option, with a less lucrative exchange shop in return for more ampules and a small amount of bond crystals per run. There's also Saturday's gold boost map, which can be done at any level and gives you the most bang for your buck, but doesn't have any extra perks.

How good is the healing boost on those weapons? Suppose i use Sol's heal (1800 or 2700 after the third skill), how much of a gain would i get with it at skill level 20?

It took me rerolling this many accounts to find an account that I was satisfied with and felt like sticking to. Funny enough, I never got who I started rerolling for and I ended up sticking to the account I started with too.

It's a very solid start. Sensitive Plant and Easter Cactus have very rare abilities that are useful in buff stacking and stall teams, respectively, while Pink and Black Baccara are strong attackers with no bells and whistles (though they're rare in another way, being drawn by Wazakita and Okumoto Yuuta). She's a support unit who will never be deployed and only carries her weight in an already strong team, she's not recommended for starting out unless you really like her.
