The 300 hour guide is probably how many hours they had to replay and test shit till they compile it.

If you are not a slow as fuck reader and have the guide (thus you know the choices), it's about 80+ hours if you don't skip at all(even text you have encountered before).

In normal cases, I'd guess about 110-120.
