It's not great; however, it's not as bad as everyone says it is. Good OP, nice art (I always love Alpha's art anyway) and some decent scenarios. It's certainly rather unremarkable otherwise, though.

Note that Tamayura's rerelease, Enkan no Kizuna, is generally considered to have fixed a number of flaws with the original Tamayura while greatly lengthening the scenario.
