It's not based on screen capture. Screen capture was always an imperfect solution I used because the new DRM was introduced, so people like Yipman could no longer crack the old Windows Media DRM. When I re-installed my OS in early 2017, that fell away completely because it meant I had to update my R Player Plus and, unbeknownst to me, the versions since then introduced frame drops that haven't been fixed since, and R18 has confirmed that they don't care about them after long confrontations. That's (I assume) why Chinese 1080p rips have constant stuttering.
