I made a wallpaper for Meiling because she's powerful and beautiful!

Wow, It's been 2 years since I started making wallpapers like this! I didn't make a whole lot this year, but I did my best! Thank you to everyone for the kind words!

It's really nice. Generally I keep to dark, very simple wallpapers because it works better for me, but I think the design on this is really nice, and I like Mokou with Keine a lot! Thanks for brightening up /jp/ with OC every now and again.
