Naito and Naruze correctly conclude that their future daughters were originally named Margareta and Margaret, after Naito and Naruze's mothers.
Mary correctly concludes that her future daughter was originally named Jamie, as a variation on James.
Nate does the same with her future daughter's name. Since Nate is short for Nathaniel, which is Hebrew for "gift from god", she guesses she would have named her daughter some variation on Natan+Merek to mean "gift from my king".
Kasuya confirms that her name was Natmerek (although Kawakami's katana rendering has it pronounced more like Namer).

Volume 1 and 2 were barely the into to Horizon, you can say is the epilogue and even volume 3 can be considered that up to certain point. In the morning, they investigate the mysterious phenomenon Masazumi had been seeing, but it has disappeared.
They speculate that it existed because of Miriam and that it no longer exists because she had shifted the core of her being to Azuma and the destiny possibility child. They also speculate that destiny eliminated her because it was jealous of its own possibility.
Masazumi and Terumoto try to work out a bloodless method for Sekigahara that the other nations will accept.
Terumoto says she has a method in mind and, if Musashi can figure out what it is, Hexagone Francaise will side with Musashi at Westphalia.

To understand how everything work you have to read Owari no Chronicle first, then Horizon, Hexennacht and then CITY.

Owari sets the basis of the world since at that point the characters are still in the "original" world, Horizon is a bit easier to understand after reading OnC, same goes for Hexe and City.

Also don't be a gigantic pussy who's afraid of how much you have to read, these titles (except Hexennacht) are some of the best light novels ever made, they have amazing world building, excellent character development, incredible battles and the feels and situations the characters are going through always hits home. A prime example of this is on OnC and Kashima's story, or in Horizon the death of XIV's sister.

Several historical figures from Sekigahara have no name inheritors for a number of reasons, so Musashi, Hashiba, and Mouri have to give out those names just for the duration of the battle.

Oritori name spelling is literally something that even Js06 knew with the recent volumes, nobody would be able to know that just by reading the first 2 volumes.

The official subs are disgusting to say the least because they didn't knew the context of a lot of things that happen in the LN, hence the difficulty of translating. The decent ones are following js06 translations but those can't be called "great subs" because you know, is still kinda difficult.

Chapters 21-22:
After Terumoto introduces the plant creature, Masazumi reveals she too has called in some outside help to fill out their inherited names.
The 1st person is Don Rodrigo from Tres Espana who was involved in the incident from Masazumi's Girls Talk volume and is the girl who looked after Horizon while she was imprisoned in Vol. 1.
The 2nd person is Matthias who will be participating via sign frame.
The 3rd person is Christina.
They settle on completing the different stages of Sekigahara as athletic events.
The 1st event is a three-legged race.
For Round 1, Toori and Horizon race for the Eastern Army while Sakon and Ootani race for the Western Army.
Round 1 ends in a draw because both sides were disqualified for tripping themselves up at the starting line (Toori and Horizon) or falling into a hole (Sakon and Ootani).
For Round 2, Christina and Tadaoki race for the Eastern Army while the plant creature and Matthias's sign frame race for the Western Army.
The plant creature crosses the finish line just barely ahead of Christina and Tadaoki, but victory goes to the Eastern Army because the plant creature absorbed Matthias's sign frame shortly before the end, which disqualifies them.

Chapters 23-28(end):
The next event is swimming.
Round 1 is Mouri-03 vs. Ootani. They both end up disqualified.
Round 2 is Ankokuji vs. the arms. The arms nearly win, but Ankokuji just barely manages to pull off a victory.
The next event is sharpshooting.
Round 1 is Angie vs. (Katou) Yoshiaki. They both fail due to unforeseen circumstances.
Round 2 is Asama vs. Matthias. Asama fails because Kimi. Matthias fails because of Rodrigo's Spanish Inquisition spell.
The next event is a mock battle where they have to grab the headbands wrapped around each other's arms.
The plant creature multiplies itself and puts people to sleep, so the event ends in a tie.
The final event is a race to catch Mitsunari.
Having realized how Terumoto wants the Sekigahara recreation to end, Masazumi lets Konishi Yukinaga (daughter of Musashi's Konishi) win.
The Konishi win allows her to cancel out her history recreation execution in a way that causes neither side to win or lose politically while also being entirely bloodless.
Terumoto and Masazumi agree to go back to the original concept of the history recreation from the Age of Dawn: using it to preserve lives and viewing it as history instead of a political tool.
With Sekigahara complete, it is time to prepare for Westphalia.
Suleiman and Innocentius show up on the final page. Why they're there will have to wait until 11-B.

I finally started reading Rapid Fire King.
So far it's about a high school baseball player who is bored with baseball and gets interested in shmups after seeing a guy beat one on the hardest difficulty setting at the arcade.
Kawakami is clearly trying to keep it more serious than his other works because none of his usual silliness is present. Still, he couldn't help but write a detailed mech fight scene when the MC was playing a fighting game at the arcade.

It just introduces the Speers as a group that Musashi has fought several times already and says these are their childhood designs.

All it says about the animation is that it will be related to the Speers' identities which has to do with the final part of the story. The other page also suggests the animation will have a god of war battle since Suzaku's wings were given a design.
