How much of the game is translated in the pre-alpha patch? Why haven't I seen it mentioned, and is it worth playing?

Damn. Looks like the translation is progressing quickly so hopefully a real alpha/beta patch will be available soon without having to wait a year for guys with no experience to edit it.
