She wasn't just visiting. Everything in Makai was created by Shinki and it's clearly implied by Alice herself that she is not human. It's not known if this is canon anymore but Alice clearly states she is a youkai magician in Windows canon, as was described in Mystic Square with its "demon magicians". Also, Lolice may have a small body but she certainly wasn't only 8 back then!
