At least I have booked flights and hotel for C95. Hope the days are the regular 29-31 like past years.

How big budget do people usually have for comiket and how early do you go to lineup at morning to get inside as fast as possible? My hotel will be close Big Sight so arriving early shouldn't be a problem and i was thinking about 500€ as a minimum budget.

What circles' stands should I go first to ensure they don't sell out before I can get to them? Big circles like SOUND HOLIC will probably have so many copies that they don't run out of material, but smaller and one person circles are more suspectible to this?

I'm more worried over what doujin content is allowed to be brought back home, even though I should have nothing to fear since I don't like loli and I'm not from UK/Canada. Think the weight limit is 25kg here, but that's fairly irrelevant. You'd need hundreds of doujins to fear hitting the limit and you can always put them in your hand luggage/backpack.

Make a gameplan of circles that you want to hit, and try to figure out which ones will be popular that may sell out. Any "big name" is going to have huge lines for their premium sets starting right at the start of the day (or before!) so you have to prioritize those if you want them. Same with super exclusive merch at company booths.

After you get stuff like that, I'd recommend looking through the aisles of each circle that you're interested in. You don't have the time to look at each and every booth, but you should check out the things near things you like at least.

Or just write down the hall and booth of whatever you want to visit, it's pretty self explantatory. If you're mainly aiming for day 3, go there the other days as well to get familiar with the territory.
If push comes to shove, just write it all off as your first Comike experience and better luck next time.

Each colored zone is where doujin groups of a certain topic are grouped, for example one of those zones is labeled Tiger & Bunny. Don't go to Karaoke if you can't read nipponese or at least sing the really famous/memey ones that always get picked, obviously. There's almost always at least a second smaller group, but they're not necessarily newbie friendly since I think those tend to have more people that live in Japan than random tourists.
