A gravure idol (グラビアアイドル gurabia aidoru), often abbreviated to gradol (グラドル guradoru), is a Japanese female model who primarily models on magazines, especially men's magazines, photobooks or DVDs. I'm sorry it took a while, but I had to experiment a lot to get the file size somewhat okay. You have to also consider how their gravure work could have an affect on their skin. Hikaru mentioned once that during photoshoots she often has to sit on dirty/rough ground with her (mostly) bare ass, which could be a factor.

I'm in no a way an expert on anatomy, but I could imagine that tits of the same size could have vastly different weights. For example teen girls/junior idols tend to have smaller but super firm tits, while some women have huge diameter tits but they don't seem to protrude/weigh much. I think in RaMu's case they don't burden her at all. She seems very agile even with tits of that size.
