News:
-The Summer Event will take place in the second half of August after Block 1 of the HTML5 transfer has been implemented in the first half of the month.
-Yuugumo, Shiratsuyu, and Tenryuu have received Kai Ni. The former two are good. Yuugumo requires level 75, a BP, and an AR. Shiratsuyu requires level 77 and an AR. Tenryuu requires level 84. Yuugumo's Kai Ni comes with a summer uniform which Naganami also receives as a seasonal CG. Yuugumo will receive a winter uniform update later.
-Houshou's Meal Ticket has been removed.
-The May ranking rewards have been distributed. New equipment include the 12cm Naval Gun Kai Ni, 12.7cm Twin Mount Type A Kai 3 (Wartime Mod) + AAFD and 12.7cm Twin Mount Type B Kai 4 (Wartime Mod) + AAFD. They'll be obtainable by everyone in the future.
The Type A Kai Ni 12.7cm gun can now be obtained by upgrading normal twin 12.7cm guns through Akashi's arsenal. They can also be improved. The 12.7cm HA late model gun can now be improved. 12.7cm single gun mount can now be improved and upgraded to the 12cm Naval Gun Kai Ni.
-Type A 12.7cm guns now provide further bonuses when used with the Late Model 61cm triple torp mount.
-There are 7 new quests available.
-Shigure and Верный has received minor stat buffs.
-Yuugumo-class will get more Kai Ni this year. Hyuuga will receive a Kai Ni this year as well.
-Rainy season seasonal CGs and lines have been replaced by summer clothes and shaved ice mode CGs. New furniture has been added. A new BGM has been added.
-There are already plans for the 7th year of KanColle.
-Numerous Fletchers will be implemented this year. Matsu-class from the Type D Destroyers are being prepared for the 7th year of KanColle.
-There are plans for expanding ASW with equipment from the land of black tea like ASDIC and hedgehogs.
-KanColle's migration to HTML5 and the implementation of Friend Fleets in Phase 2 will begin a three-step process during the period between the Spring mini-event and the Summer. Higher screen resolution will be possible. Full implementation of Phase 2 may take a year.

Nah, shipgirls aren't just loyal. They love their admiral in romantic ways most of the time. A soldier is loyal, a shipgirl is different from your average loyalty and seems to be mostly inspired by her affection to you over some bigger goal. Shipgirls also have notably comfier lives than most soldiers which is something abyssals don't have. Morale affects shipgirls for a reason, they are affected by how they currently feel. A shipgirl is at the end of the day a human girl with traits of a ship, not some sort of being that lives only for a single purpose, since abyssals are the opposite of a shipgirl then we deduce that they would also be affected by how life's treating them, and considering how shitty and bleak abyssals territory tend to look it's most likely this only fuels their anger and grudges towards humanity.

They aren't happy, a lot of them sound distressed in their lines and are clearly driven mad by regret and despair. There's also official art showing them having fun doing normal activities so there's nothing that shows that they wouldn't enjoy more normal activities. Even if it was true that their real purpose is war that doesn't mean it only has to be war to destroy humanity in general, maybe a redeemed abyssal who won't accept leaving her warrior life behind can still keep that lifestyle but by fighting for an actual war with real political reasons other than her despair.

Not anon from before but this composition gave me 100% killing boss in 5-5. Used only route support because of ASW ships that rape subs. It's pretty costly because of Musashi but still less than 5CV1FBB and is guaranteed to get to boss.

how many sorties should a lvl 14 ttk be able to make per day?
i have been playing the game for 4 days. i've cleared everything up to 1-4 but only because i played for 4 whole days. so far my best ships are two seaplane tenders, houshou, aoba and a nagato i built. all others are weak destroyers, lvls 1 through 15.
even though im a neet and im spending most of my free time on this game, i feel like im not making much progress. for every sortie, two to four of my shipgirls get damaged. then it takes 30 minutes to repair them two by two (so if 4 of my shipgirls were damaged, i'll have to wait for 1 hour). then it takes another hour until i get more resources and i can refill my shipgirls. so all things considered i can only sortie properly once every 2 to 4 hours. of course i also use the weak destroyers to sortie when my best ships are being repaired but they never do well on sorties. in the end the numbers just dont match up. what am i doing wrong?
