It's a cancelled Kikaikai (or Pocky & Rocky, for the commoners) game which was due for Wii and PS2. It was eventually released just a few months ago under the title of Heavenly Guardian / Legend of Sayuki after a year of limbo, albeit at the cost of stripping it to any reference to the series due to the expiry of the licence.
