It's in english and doesn't cost 20+$. So thats already a stepup from many other fangames.
Seems like there are some issues with text overflow and the speed at which text passes as there is no confirm button to go to the next dialogue line.
So my recommendation is to wait 2-3 months to see if the devs put out some patches to deal with those issues.
