Since zouąre the only one in this thread that seems to think like that, can you explain a bit more? I don't mean to troll, I just want to know your opinion. His intrumental tracks appeal to me more than his vocal arrangements. I don't see why anyone wouldn't like his Septette for a Dead Princess remix less than his recent releases for instance.

Touhou is getting more and more popular as newfags jump on the bandwagon. Since shit like Marisa Stole the Precious Thing and Overdrive played a large part in making Touhou popular, more and more circles are copying IOSYS in an attempt to become popular.

Since I need to retype the thing I just said, why do you think that his recent work is better than the thing he did in the past? He didn't have any support from any other person other than himself. And he did a very good job(Septette for the Dead Princess for example). Every arrangement that he did was in his own unique style and it was great. Nowadays all he does is make some background music for a person who does the vocals for his songs and that's what's bothering me. He doesn't really show off his skills, he just adds the music for someone else who is in the spotlight.

I only heard estha on ALiCE'S EMOTiON and Alstroemeria Record's(DANCEFLOOR COMBAT) compilations. He does some really great House kind of tracks, but other than that I didn't have a chance to hear some other work from him.
ziki_7 does some great remixes, his Invisible Full Moon trance arrangement is probably one of my favorite. The mixes that he does as Dust_Box_49 are great as well. I'm a fan of songs that are overall calm, moody and have that unique, chill feeling.
Taishi... well, to be honest the only thing I've heard of him was from the Delights Music album. And I really liked it. That is the only doujin circle that I truly admire for their unique, progressive sound so I can't really say anything bad about him. If he did any Touhou arrangement then I'm sure I'd like it.

This is one of the best things Masayoshi and Tsukasa ever pulled off.

There's stuff from estha, taishi, etc that aren't on torrents just yet since share is slow or whatever.

It's not that I like progressive trance, I love it. It's my favorite kind of music genre from the Touhou genre remix scene. I've recenlty downloaded RE:ACTANCE album from XL PROJECT, but I haven't listened to it just yet. I'll look for the one you just posted though.

As for C75 albums, I respect Alstro, Sound Online and REDALiCE for the arrangements they did in the past, but their compilation album was a major disappointment to me. I expected the intrumental progressive trance tracks from all of the artists, what I got instead was indeed electronica arrangements, but with female vocals. I'm not a fan of vocal arrangements, but some of them, like Soul of Rouge, were truly great in my opinion, so I won't say that all of the the tracks that were included on their albums didn't truly satisfy my tastes, but for me Alstro, who I like the most, didn't really show off his real potential there.
As I stated before, I expected a fully instrumental album from all of those artists.
