How do you guys keep track of all your Touhou high scores? Pic related, my website I've been working on.

That's a good idea but sending a replay should be enough. No need to submit a video too.
Also you might want to have the replay links for each difficulty next to the score instead of grouping them all together. If you don't want to make the table larger then maybe make the score a clickable link to the replay file.
