It looks to be the same for the end of Sumi's route, with the only noticeable change being that old Natsuha has no voice or sprite, which takes some of the impact away. Not sure why they did that. There also might be some new music tracks mixed in as well. When I advanced past the last part of the final scene in Happy end, it transitioned straight into Sumi's afterstory.

I did a quicker comparison for Alice's route and it's the same, except that you don't get the epilogue with their baby and instead just transitions straight into Alice's afterstory.

For Natsuha's routes, well it looks to be quite a lot different, judging from the scene names in monobeno and happy end. Monobeno has 6 more scenes, even (not counting the afterstory). You can see that Scene 19 in monobeno is ひめみや様との対話, and scene 15 in happy end is titled the same. Actually, the last scene title they share is 夏葉と結ばれる which is scene 25/21. So I guess when I read Natsuha's afterstory, I'll start from the end of that final shared scene, go into 希望のゆわび, and then into her afterstory.

In general the common routes are very short and each heroine route just focuses on one girl without others butting in which is great. There's also focus on each heroine's lifestyle stuff and hobbies which the protagonist ends up doing as well depending on route so that also gives the girls a bit more character. The dating sim aspects posing as gameplay are pretty lackluster and the games are very linear. Some of LxC1's routes have very shitty drama as well but Aya is the best girl ever and later entries dropped drama pretty much entirely. LxC2 is usually considered the best entry, also all of them are completely standalone so you can pick any game that happens to strikes your fancy.

I've only recently gotten to the level where I'm comfortable venturing out to reading VNs raw. I'm really excited for the Summer Pockets release this week.

So it goes without saying Summer Pockets is the best VN of 2018, but the question is whether it's also the best VN this decade. I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, there were a lot of extremely good VNs so far but none of them are quite as flawlessly crafted and exquisitely written as Summer Pockets. No Region Loader is a thing called No Region Loader, you find it by googling No Region Loader. The first result should be a Google Drive link with it. It allows you to pass the Japan Only message.

You're probably just using AlphaRomDie wrong. I tried it and it worked for me too. But SiglusEngine_Patch.exe is easier, so try that instead.
