I'm finding her plenty useful myself actually, especially with the skill buff, although a big part of it has to do with the Blacks I have wanting to be placed aggressively.
She and Altair are also the only Melee units with more than 1-block that I'll regularly deploy as well.
At the end of the day though, it's true that she's a unit utilized for a single purpose, but I don't think that's a bad thing. Most of the Blacks that I currently don't have and want fall into that same category.

For event girls, it's recommended to get the first few girls (Lavender, Edelweiss, Mountain Lily, Star Lily, Hypericum etc.) for their high stat totals (good for early whale attempts) and sometimes useful skills. Some newer units like Yamagoya, Rice and Craspedia have quite decent kits too, though they're generally ignored because full gacha gold teams are so easy to get now.

For everything else you should always go with whomever you like best, though you'll want at least one dodge and one barrier rainbow if you want to do post-endgame content.

Hopefully we'll get more glasses girls in the near future for FKG, there are several glass/sight-related flowers that are ripe for the picking: Eyebright is a common folk remedy for eye injuries, for example, which could easily translate an optometrist lady who is suspiciously eager to prescribe glasses for everyone, or you could have a Venus' looking-glass (which is named after its extremely shiny seeds) who uses mirrors and lenses to reflect light beams like Soapwort's skill.

The light in question could also come from her super-shiny glasses and/or forehead, making her Magic the Gandhi the Flower Knight and potentially canonizing the long-standing 2ch joke about how Solar Drive is shot from the knightmaster's bald head ("baldie" is their equivalent to our "whale", and it fits pretty well too: the balder you are, the stronger your team will be, and SD power is partly based on that).

Not really. Alice has a chance to attack all surrounding enemies versus Hibari being guaranteed to hit all blocked (up to 3), and Alice relies on dodge where Hibari has high defense and more HP.

You don't necessarily need to use both, but one will be situationally better than the other. For example, something may one-shot Alice that Hibari could live through a hit from. Or Hibari will be better against youkai.

Is there a way to farm cakes, ice creams or Lollipops? I ran out of them by leaving my raifu at 80 affection and doing missions doesn't give me that much.

So I did 32 runs with the rainbow flask drop rate increasing thing on(16 for each one I had) and got 0 rainbow flasks. 0/32. The only explanation I have is it's bugged. I want a fucking refund of all the qp tickets I spent on that garbage. And they have the audacity to sell those things for 3000 yen. What a fucking joke to anyone who actually spends money on it if they have the same experience as I did. Quality doesn't equal quantity. I'm pretty sure a single Aisha from prince's kingdom can wipe up at least 10% of his forces. The only notable enemies we've fought so far is Sieglinde, WE himself and Lapis (who stalks Lucia).

That said, the cannon fodder quality in White Empire (bronze soldier dirk and silver HA dwight) is better than prince's cannon fodder (generic soldier A and B)
