Pacing is weird, but I think it succeeds in getting you invested in Shirou and Sakura, which is the most important thing to get before their relationship starts being morally dubious in movie 2. It's pretty good overall.

I've been thinking about this when I woke up, but if the Heaven Feel movies are playing in three consecutive years, that's 2017-2019. Then let's add in two more Fate anime (Fragments and CCC).

Then the inevitable Grand Order anime/OVA. Or hell, if Nasu decides to get frisky, he'll finally go ahead with the Fate route adaptation.

Let's say all of that takes place 3 years after/around 2020. Let's also not forget more Extra game releases. That's still a helluva long time to wait for more Tsukihime Remake news. Or even a release.
