Crit rate up for the entire team is nice and the guard break is mostly useful but blind is a dogshit status effect. Any secondary effects from attacks will still trigger even if an attack misses and it's only a ~30% chance of whiffing so in practice she's basically a shittier, slightly more offensive version of Pearl with lower overall stats.

Anyone else have an issue with Jewel Princess randomly not saving settings?

Can't tell how many times I've fucked up a run because auto skills were turned off instead of on and whatnot.

So I have a very rough idea of what to do with my non-light elements and I figure it's time I start doing it.

As far as I can remember, every girl is available from the gem gacha. But you can't get 6* versions of the Spectras unless you roll the point gacha. You can only get the lower rarity versions and then you have to raise them up to higher rarity.

Spectras can be obtained from the normal gacha, it's just that they're at a minimum of 4-stars so they're harder to get, as the most common rarity is 3-stars.

Yeah, getting to 50k points would be nice so we actually get spectra medals (lowest reward tier gives 2, you need 24 for one chara gacha draw).

Aside from that, rank E randomly gives everyone who participated one of those things listed on the info panel (*3-4 gacha draw, *1-4 equip draw, gems or gold). You also get spectra gacha points, which seem to boost your chances at getting a spectra from the gacha rewards, though I'm not quite if I got that right. Also, the top 3 scorers get one additional reward of those listed above.

Looks like once you hit rank C, you actually get a shot at 6* gacha draws, but since you need 300k points for that it's out of reach unless more people join.

Emerald is annoying, took me 7 minutes to kill, long before everyone else died while I'm trying to tickle her health down.

Blind disables normal attacks, which does not synergize with burn. Blind however works really great with silence, which combined will be just as good as stun/dizzy but with the benefit of dodging common stun+dizzy immunities like those from tiger's eye and opal.

In about five hours. FKG streams are generally modest when it comes to rewards (this one gives 10 flower stones if all watcher/comment thresholds are met, which is all but guaranteed), so don't expect too much on that front, but they're eagerly awaited because they tease upcoming characters and give a schedule of major updates for the next ~6 months. Rarity growth and Nidhoggr, for example, were already shown in the ninth stream's schedule, while we may get news from the other two megapest candidates (Hraesvelgr and Midgardsorm, based on butterflies and possibly earthworms?) in this one.

Hraesvelgr is probably the next, since it already has an associated enemy (these butterfly raid bosses are apparently its minions and called Hraes Vlinder as a reference to that, wonder how Nutaku translated these) and was mentioned during this April Fools event. I wonder how they're going to pull off its design, drawing a thousand-legged centipede is one thing and a thousand-winged moth is quite another. Maybe it'll be something like a twenty-plume moth?

You're right that MR alone honestly isn't a huge problem nowadays with the proper team since Ingrid's buff has made her a strong standalone unit, plus the addition of Sylseth and now Tenma being strong too. The only time I've lamented over demons and MR was in Glasya but that was mostly thanks to the dumb gimmick negating the range advantage Sybilla normally would have on top of the 90 MR scythe demons being more plentiful and spread out than any other majin before it.

Because Sybilla was always meant to be the ultimate princess. She obtained Angeline's attack reduction and a racial specialization like Claudia/Sukuha now, but it's just the first step.

Soon she'll get nerfed versions of everyone else's skills, until she has 50% dodge from Olivia, 20% reduction to physical damage from Anya, 20% nullification from Eldora, self-retreat and timestop for 4 seconds from Melvina, 5% HP restoration per hit from Sylvia, 5% defense boost to everyone from Louise, regen and a cute perflat loli form from Lilia, and at least 3 children from the Prince.

What was giving me trouble? The fat fuck demons. They come out early and oneshot Sylvia before she has time to ramp which means I'm left without a tank for Amon so I had to get really creative with how to do this.

Well, you're either going Fire or Water.
With Fire you have two or three problems: A) Dakki works best with Jeanne, but if you go Jeanne and take snipe you're left without black propaganda. If you take black propaganda you're left with only Hearkles def down. (This can be fixed with Amaterasu if you get her.) B) You need Svarog AW'd. C) You have almost no healing, not even Brun. You could go Andromeda but then we're back to A)
Meanwhile, with water Ryuuou gives you every debuff and Nike and Sara give you plenty of buffs and heals. If you're looking for a team to solo content with, right now you should probably go Jeanne Water so you'll have double (kind of) DATA up which is the second most important thing after debuffs at high levels.
As for the other elements, you have solid SSRs but not much to theorycraft about, yet.

Diamond and sapphire are the worst offenders, any one of them can beat 2-3 girls by themselves since their freeze and petrifies are also overloaded with bonus damage when thawed out naturally, and ignores barriers, especially considering that other characters with freeze such as morganite and rose quartz are already very decent characters for competitive and normal play. Diamond and sapphire would be far more tolerated if the thaw out doesn't deal damage and not guaranteed on single targets, and would still be very strong tier 1 characters.

They said that they're still in the middle of development, probably because they'll also update the desktop version at the same time. Considering their roadmap mentions flower stone adjustments in June (which are required for the app), I doubt we'll see it released anytime soon.

Also for my light I usually run Snipe+Ambush, Mike/Sol/Artemis/Uranus(DA buff) with Attal and Diana in the backline so I don't lose much tempo.
Would it be worth to replace Artemis with Caspiel to cap DEF down or would her lower DPS compared to Artemis' skill barrages be outweighed by the extra 10% damage she'd bring to everyone (on paper)?

Yes, capping the def debuff to -50% from -40% will bring a lot more damage overall. If I'm not mistaken, the way it's calculated ends up being something like roughly 2.00x damage vs 1.67x damage. This is why I can't stress keeping a Yamata no Orochi on hand enough, as simply having a -12% def debuff on summon frame can cover for a lot of missing KH, hero weapons, or burst effects.

Personally, I would choose to replace Uranus instead, especially if you ever get around to AW Mike, but get Caspiel in there somehow and try for whatever feels right.

Wonder if it will increase the playerbase by a lot, while the game is very thoughtful of making references to the original flower in the design and has surprisingly good lore for a mobage, the rates are still terrible as fuck. Mobage players already feel the salt from missing the 1% of FGO, telling them to roll 0.5% is probably suicide.

That and they are making it the same as the DMM version, so it might be insanely daunting to a new player with so many things out.

Honestly, this is the biggest hurdle I see. They're big hitters on the DMM turf but they're planning to try to get people from the playstore which is going to make people feel the salt when they see the "Oh btw, our rates are 0.5% for UR". That and how annoying/overwhelming the early game is, I can only question their decision to do that.

Another gigantic downside of going to the playstore is no H-scenes which is the biggest reason why the all ages version of FKG isn't going to ever touch my device.

I'm curious how they handle the episodes, the android all ages app just locks you out of that content IIRC and tells you to go play the R18 version to access them.

Soldier AW2 Commander path should have a 2%ATK/ 2%DEF /2 MR bonuses instead of 3 everywhere, but they should stack with every Commander you have in your squad.
That way you don't waste the passive when you have more than 2 commanders and soldiers are actually a bit more viable.

So can someone clear something up for me on the Spectra battles? It looks like you get one clear a day and then it costs gems to try again. Am I reading that right?

Most of these games are quite similar, at least those I've played so far. So once you've got some basic understanding of Japanese, it's not that hard to figure out stuff. For everything else, there's Google Translate.

Getting flasks has been quite annoying, I agree. It doesn't help that the map for large flasks requires 80 stamina while my current cap is 91.
Gold would probably be an issue if I got more flasks, but so far it's not much of a limiting factor.

Picture related, that's the first rainbow flask I got in about 10 runs of the 80 stam map. You need one for each limit break, and 6 of them if you want to upgrade a girl to 6*.

Honestly, they really should be running gold and EXP dailies more than they do. You can't even get EXP unless you get it from the daily or roll it out of the last gacha tab, so you're at a complete standstill on leveling if it's not one of those days and you don't have enough to roll. Gold can be a problem too, but not so much for leveling. Just for other things. Rank up items... Well, I'm not having a lot of trouble getting the low or high tier ones, but the mid-tier ones just never want to drop from the dailies and that's a problem. Also the lowest tier daily drops the highest tier item but not the second highest, which doesn't even make sense.

Arena is whatever. PVP in this game was fucked from the ground up. They'd have to either strengthen everyone, nerf some units, or change the way a lot of skills work in PVP specifically.

I'm going to attribute a lot of the current problems to growing pains. Nobody really got to play much of the closed beta and the open beta has only been up for a few days. It's amazing enough that it's running well out of the gate (aside from today's weird issue of the raid list loading every single available raid and tanking the memory on the page forcing you to refresh).

Most menus are self explanatory even if you can't read, it's not hard to find out how things work with a little trial and error.

Where do I farm all these shitty materials for my Jew? The data sheet in the pastebin doesn't actually say which of the possible locations is better or AP/Time efficient for each mat, it just lists them all.

Another offbanner 0.5% reroll and I can 100% call this one not cute at all. Pink might have been kind of cute after you get past the initial frustration of rateup being SHIT or her not being what I was looking for since I ended up doing her H-scene but this one is getting dumpstered without looking back.

You'd think the banner rateup would be higher with how hard it is to hit the 0.5% in the first place but why would anyone put nice things on a gacha anyway?

You actually need 7 dupes to max out a single unit. 5 for the limit-breaking, and 2 to unlock the two locked equipment slots.

By the time you're getting your second or third Sapphire, the whales will be on their sixth. And then your dinky little level 32 will be facing off against fully-equipped level 40 Spectra with minmaxed stats double your own. It'll likely take a year or so to finally get to their level, and that's on the unlikely assumption they don't either raise the level cap or add new uses for dupes in the interim.

The fact that most Spectra are useless is actually a point in favor of whaling out because as a free player you'll be wasting half of your rolls on shit like Garnet/Emerald while the turbowhales can just keep throwing tens of thousands of yen at the gacha until it spits out enough Sapphires and Diamonds to max out their main copy.

In order to get the 7 copies needed to max out a specific Spectra, you're likely going to need something like 7-8 months at the minimum. During which you'll constantly be getting your ass kicked because the whales are also getting those free Spectra and attaining higher levels/more equipment. And by the time you finally catch up, there's going to be some new powercreep mechanic introduced that'll set you even further behind, to allow you to the illusion of progression while keeping the finish line well out of reach.

This is basically the quintessential mobage PvP experience right here. You're going to keep getting your ass kicked until you shell out or quit.

Well shit, I could get used to this. On average you may get more rainbows from the regular gacha but if you're a lucklet like I am then the double chance of golds, cheaper gacha rolls, and lack of a rainbow pot makes things a lot more palatable. I'm not quite sure how the math works out but I wouldn't be surprised if this netted you more rainbow medals on average in the long run due to all these golds, too.

Getting 7 golds in 90 gems is pretty wild after I just got done with a massive drought from the regular gacha, and at this point there's so many golds I want to rarity evolve I might just switch to this gacha full-time.

Even my 6* takes her time to use her skills (except those rare cases when she goes first and uses her AOE, ending the battle in ~30s). Sometimes, all other units used both of their skills before Sapphire even gets a chance to use hers, which is really annoying when there's a Diamond or Amethyst on the other team.

I'm sorry, I was wondering if I should post about that, but guessed that it would be well known already. You can gather once every 6 hours btw, and it stacks twice. Basically, if that gem is clouded, you can click it for a random chance at QP, exp/evo mats and gold.

Something else that's not too obvious is the regalia board (last tab in the chara section). You get orbs for clearing story missions or reaching certain levels. By placing these orbs into specific areas you can enhance party boosts like max HP (purple / heart), defense for the front line (blue / shield) or attack for the back row (red / sword).

No idea how good this creature is, I just maxed her out because she's my only rainbow and does that tehe pero face

While Hecatonchair is weaker than archangel, she has HP buff to light. Regardless in my opinion, you should only sell your eidolon only when you have enough 5 decent one of each element especially light and dark for that Managarmr and Anubis bonus. Also use those orbs to buy kaiser closest to MLB or your main element. Then buy all of those kaiser dragoons. After that you're free to do whatever the fuck you want with your orbs.

If I'm getting this right, the knight commander was supposed to rendezvous with Kodemari, and finds her collapsed instead. He thinks it's because of dehydration, but turns out that she's hungry (enough to try munching on the grass on the ground, even though she already had a meal while waiting for him). He feeds her some biscuits he had on him, and she revives instantly, saying that the food she eats becomes converted to magic and she might have recovered so quickly because of this.

The knightmaster says that it was good she collapsed nearby, because if not eating for such a short time can take her out, she'd have become a mummy if nobody was around to find her for a while. Kodemari takes this seriously (her other character trait is that she takes everything seriously) and is terrified of becoming a mummy after starving, but the commander defuses the situation by saying that he'll fly to Kodemari with extra food before that happens. Kodemari also takes this at face value and is very impressed that the commander is able to fly.

This is dangerously cute, I now understand Kodemari fans better. That new version of hers is well-deserved.
