I never did bother with the plus disc and went straight for KT, but you should.

plus disk has things that occured between tsukihime and kagetsu

such as shiki getting to know that one girl from Akiha's school

Just no. Don't expect anything like that or you'll be severely disappointed. KT sure was enjoyable, but it has ZERO PLOT.

Plus Disk is worth playing and it's really short anyway. It doesn't make a huge difference but you should do it before KT if you're anal about doing things in order like I am.

Probably worth it for Akira but I didn't bother because I couldn't find any good seeds at the time.
