No, she isn't. It is, by definition, impossible for Yukari to be a sociopath. Sociopathy is a human mental disorder where a human being lacks empathy for other human beings, often manifesting in antisocial behavior and a disregard for the well-being of others, and even themselves. "Human" being the operative word, here. Which, in case you have somehow forgotten, Yukari most definitely is not.

You can't apply the standards of normal human behavior regarding other humans to anything that is not, itself, human.

You can in some sort of way, the relationship between our food and their is really different. I understand that it is in their nature to prey on humans but doing things like eating them is mostly out of desire. Youkai have been shown to relate to humans enough, and there is also Myouren. So even if they are not humans, I'd say that some sort of human behaviour and morals do relate.

I would actually argue that in most cases it's just as bad. And Yukari could just, you know, not abduct people to die. Just stealing some dead bodies should suffice.
