I think it was said Sanae was born into a lineage of shrine maiden's or priestesses or something but I'm not sure anymore. We do know she is a descendant of Suwako. Either way she can't visit her family as she resides in Gensokyou now. Reimu probably doesn't have any family.

We don't know much of anything about the Hakurei household due to the fact Reimu doesn't like to ever talk about her home life. It's either the rest of the Hakurei clan is living in the Human Village much like how Marisa's family lives there or they're all dead or for whatever reason have all left Gensokyo entirely.

I think that's your headcanon. She's never been asked, so why bring it up. As far as we know everyone knows how the Hakurei lineage works, considering they've been around for a very long time.

Assuming she had any, Sanea probably can't visit her parents anymore. Considering she abandoned them in favor of living in Gensokyo with two goddesses. I doubt they had a particularly good relationship.

Reimu is a even bigger mystery. Her parents don't seem to be around. Maybe they abandoned her. Maybe they're dead. Maybe Yukari is secretly her mother, and she ate her dad after sex. It's probably never going to be revealed one way or another.
