Its better than nothing as I wouldn't give that much of my money to Koba Commander for the BDs, but it just hurts a little.

I'm guessing this is a case of the BDs being in interlaced format and the guy that rendered these mp4s ended up smearing the i-frames and b-frames into each other. It's no big deal if you know your way around your program.

I'm guessing the renderer wanted to render it in 30fps rather than rendering in 60fps to save space. Which is totally fine, but you need to make sure you set your program to "interpolate fields," rather than "blend fields" and disable resample so it ends up sticking with either interlaced field for the duration of the frame.

This means you'll actually end up with a literal resolution of 540p stretched to 1080p, but its miles better than the alternative, which we have here.

If this was a Japanese BD, it would probably be presented in PAL format leaving the frame rate options with 50p, 25i, or 25p. Either way, it should not have been rendered in 30fps if that's the case.

1. Music festivals. It's cheaper for bands and it gets them the most exposure. More than half the Europe dates are festivals.

2. Alternating between going to new places and going back to established locations. They've already done coastal US more than once so now it's time to go back to the US like every year but this time try the mid-west and Texas. Austin and Texas as a whole is hardly a flyover state/city. it's where they have South by Southwest.

Also, I think Koba fucked up the dates because the 5th of June in that TivoliVredenburg place thare is not babymetal playing there is 99 luftballoons lady playing that night. On the 4th though there is a bunch of buttrock metal bands "+ guests" playing.
