The goddess "Akka" or "Rauni" from Finnish mythology. Akka/ Rauni was the spirit of Rowan trees, the god of fertility and Earth, and the wife of Ukko, the god of Sky and Harvest.

Since she is the wife of the chief god of the pantheon, she would dresa up in fine clothes of ancient Baltic-Finns. Pic related, reconstructed clothes of a noblewoman. She would probably also wear a white scarf on her head as the mistress of the sky. She would carry a small Rowan-tree branch with its berries on it.
Since according to some stories, she could control the weather, so she could have small clouds or something symbolising weather around her, and to make her look more dignified. I think she would look a bit greyish for being such an old god.

Anyways, hopefully it sounds good. Your character art looks great and you have done well in adapting the character concepts of other anons.

Whenever I listen to this theme, the image of a Kappa who was exiled because she was too "crazy" because she wanted to create real and perfect artificial life android to be her daughter. So this song would be her stage theme, of Reimu moving through the massive and mysterious factory this one Kappa made all by herself and where she continues to test and try to make prototypes to finally perfect her life-long goal.

The Exiled Kappa herself would be older then the other kappa we've seen on screen so far, probably more like Junko/Yukari body wise, wearing a massive backpack, a mix between the normal kappa attire and a beat-up looking lab coat, and her hair would be in big covered hairbuns so that she wouldn't have to worry about her hair while she tickers the day away in her phantom factory.

I still have yet to come up with a good name for this kappa, so if you have any suggestions, that would be good.

How about as leshen/leshak? They come from slavic/northern mythology. They a basically what one would call spirits of the forest. They are sometimes depicted as old men and other times as basically faceless creatures, but their bodies always consist of/are covered in wood and bones. They can melt with the ground and trees and use anything that's part of the forest as means of teleportation.
As a Touhou and paying homage to one of my favourite depictions, I'd suggest a girl that is wearing a skull of an animal with antlers. She is shy and hides a lot in trees if she gets too embarassed, but also wants to prove herself by making the forest her territory, resulting in moments where she comes up with schemes to take over the place and recruit the wildlife and other youkai as underlings to mobilize them, but when no one takes her seriously, she runs off and hides.
She is pretty strong, but has no confidence.
