There's a lot of reasons actually, like:
-Eilene wants to keep doing videos together with Moemi, they work great together, and if she makes Moemi 3D she will be out of place, she will have to turn 3D herself too. (This is what I think she should be doing, it will make editing, the thing she says takes a lot of time, a lot of less of a chore, but she probably can't afford all the equipment)
-Yoriko has another job.
The reason Eilene herself gave, she just wants to release more videos, and to do that she needs more people uploading. But I think she messed up with making a Moemi clone, she should have created a new character from scratch. I'm pretty sure if she made a "new" character, called her "Eilene" and gave her a good voice actress and made her play games and talk about how miserable "her" life is, people would love that shit. I'd love that shit.
-Yoriko isn't good at ad-libbing and not much of an entertainer. Yoriko may be great at voice acting, but that doesn't mean she could do what the other VYs do. See Yua, I think part of the problem is not only that Yua is heavily scripted, but that her VA isn't good at entertaining.

My theory is she'll stick with all the current girls, using Yomemi as simply an extra, if the 2dlive is to be believed the voice actor just sits there and animates herself while capturing gameplay footage, thus allowing quick, instant video output.

Moemi meanwhile requires traditional animation (for Eilene's standards) and is the only link to past Eilene based content, she's just slower to do and yet is essentially doing the same as Yomemi (but with a more traditionally animated character), I honestly believe Moemi was Eilene's first attempt at faster video uploads rather than whole skits (one of Eilene's videos before her introduction was literally a short intro by Eilene then straight to a fucking youtube video, like what the fuck), with Mirai Akari being the main star ALSO delegated to just pumping out lets play shit.

In short, my theory is all girls will be kept unless Yomemi DOUBLES up on content, meaning fucking 6 days of her and one of Mirai Akari (which is Eilene's end goal, more uploads).

Back in 2009~2010 I actually wanted to make something similar to this but with programming, where each language would have a specific "character" who would help people program, with a flavor of actual slice of life and enthusiasm/personality added ontop so people would be more hooked onto working along and watching every episode.
I had to cancel the idea because I couldn't really get in touch with people who would be voice actors and I wasn't very familiar/comfortable with vocaloid.
