What is Eilene's end game?

She can keep Yomemi to game the youtube analytics but she really should make Moemi 3D. Moemi is already established, has a god tier VA and is connected to Mirai Akari so she is well positioned but limited by being 2D. Becoming 3D gives her the chance to reach Four Heavenly Kings tier.

Eilene should realize this. Managing not one but TWO popular yuuchuubas would definetely improve her nutritional intake.

Because timing the text to speech to hand made animation is really time consuming. I have tried. All the animation from classic Eilene is hand made, and having to animate new movements it's just a nightmare.

Yomemi is captured from a facerig like thing, which means that you only cut the parts of the video you don't want and then you're done.

The real question is why is it so hard on Yori to play Yomemi too? I have read from her twitter on issues with her throat, but is it that bad that she can't record 30 minutes a day?

Essentially, yes. As a quick example, you get stuff like her trying to explain she likes tea (koucha), having the voice recognition think she said school buildings (kousha) and then she plays off that to explain why she likes school buildings.

Or a part where she tries to say scissors (choki), but it keeps saying "inoki" instead until she finally says "I can't say choki" (with choki being said correctly), then says "I'm asleep" (neteru instead of ieteru meaning "I can say it"), "I'm not asleep", "I'm going out" (iederu instead of ieteru), "I'm not going out".

That sort of thing. It's somewhat cute when it happens, but yeah, doesn't really play well in English because of the number of explanations you need to do for each mistake.

Artist here. That's isn't happening. A single retweet is more helpful than a thousand pixiv likes, because more people see your work.
Artists need popularity to sell stuff and make a living. I have gotten into the top 100 pixiv ranking and it made absolutely no difference. Posting art on pixiv is like shouting to a wall. You basically get nothing out of it.

Because almost all dubs use the same few actors. There are plenty of good voice actors in the west, but they don't work in dubbing, and when dub VAs get recognition for their work, they stop doing dubs and move on to bigger things (see Troy Baker, Nolan North, Laura Bailey). The dubbing industry in the west is all about being buddy buddy with the staff involved and nepotism. This is why Yuri Lowenthal is in everything, not because he's a good actor.
As for the VA's voices themselves, dubbing is obviously not taken seriously in the west like it is in Japan. In the west people don't expect VAs to be able to sing or to put on shows, they just expect them to go in, read a few lines, and leave. I remember I once also saw an interview with Yuri Lowenthal where he said that "we don't put on voices, that's not what being a voice actor is about, we just raise our pitch a little, lower it a little, we focus on acting, not making cartoon voices". Lowenthal is an absolute fucking joke who can barely act in the first place, let alone act in dozens of different voices like people like Nolan North and Chiwa Saito over the fence.
