Phenex is down. This was the toughest majin for my team, I had to set things up so that Sylvia and her clones could tank it while regenerating off some sandworm. Dahlia and Junon were the MVPs and neatly took out everything on both lanes, I didn't even need to use my emergency plug in Shizuka.

Only Furfur, Kimaris and Barbatos remain, but I don't think I can do the latter two because I don't have the requisite units. Sylvia can solo Barbatos just fine, but that doesn't help much when you have no feng shui to heal through the fog. I guess I can raise Mia and hope that her/extra range from Seria's 2AW/Farne's passive are enough for that map?

On the FKG front, an incredibly dedicated 2ch anon apparently assembled a list of the names used for penises and vaginas in the game's H-scenes. All 536 of them. The world would be a better place if everyone had the sheer grit and determination of this man.

But assuming a 1% gold chance, 400 maximum stamina and 55k gold per gold boost run, even using flower stones is a decent investment in this gacha (as long as you've given up hope on rainbows). The chance of getting at least one gold per 50 flower stones is 88% in for the gold gacha and 50% on the regular premium.

Well, of these that you have...

Shiena: Permanent SAW that gives her high magical DPS at the cost of halving her HP, which doesn't matter too much because her extra range makes her easy to deploy her somewhere safe. Not very suitable for high-end majin maps, where area attacks and massive swarms that amble past your main tank are the norm, but excellent unit in any other situation.

Kasumi: Another permanent SAW, this time with invisibility and fairly decent ranged damage. Being unable to be targeted allows you to make some very aggressive deploys with her, especially in subjugations where she can contribute extra damage from complete safety for the whole map. She also appreciably buffs one of the strongest unit groups in youkai.

Racua: Paralyzes anything she hits (bar some rare superbosses like majin) in six hits. After AW, she cannot be killed, instead being disabled temporarily and eventually reviving on the spot after her HP is depleted. Her skill/SAW cuts all non-magical damage on her by 50%/70%. This is a unit that absolutely requires AW to function, but can do very fancy things like ganking liches and stunlocking golems for days when invested to.

Barous: The ultimate tank, except the part where she can't get healed. Like Racua, she's immortal, but unlike her, she can be redeployed into a different melee slot once she runs out of HP (only after 40 seconds, though). Also like Racua, she can be tosses on dangerous ranged enemies to quickly neuter them, and her damage reflection + huge defense SAW is great for physical damage bosses.

Amelie and Sandy are decent units too, but they kind of require you to build around them. If you get some more shrine units for their target classes, you may also want to invest in them, but as support units they aren't a big priority either.

Mordibeth is quite good for a mage, and if you have some spare Alegrias, Berenice is actually a very capable tank despite her gold rarity. These, Emperor, Prince and Aisha should serve your multiblock/AoE needs until you get capable enough units from the shrine to fill these roles. Hibari is also a stellar unit, so getting her (CR'd a bit if possible) would be good if her revival comes around.

Ramii also has a good AoE, so getting some more ramping capacity and deploying her early can solve your swarm problems. Likewise, Cenote's water elementals are fairly good at whittling down multiple targets, especially after AW.

Now, I really don't know which legendary soul I should aim for. In the discussions on the wikis people seem to be fighting whether Mordred (broken Debuff) or Andromeda (can heal all other parties in raids) is the best.

Endgame wise, Jeanne is the best soul.
Mordred is probably the second best, and you'll need her fast to have Propaganda (unless you have dark Amaterasu). It's also excellent as one of your first legendary souls since it comes with a smaller version of D'art's debuff.
Andromeda is pretty niche since you usually don't need to be able to ress anyone and you can have a hime healer + Jeanne's heal over time.
D'art's debuff is excellent. Drop rate doesn't matter. Definitely get her if you don't have Amaterasu or other similar debuffs.
You'll eventually get all of them so don't worry too much.

They received a veritable torrent of user feedback against their censorship practices, but leave them alone for five minutes and you see them censoring blood or butchering HCGs or proverbially sticking their fingers into a power plug for the umpteenth goddamn time for virtually no benefit or reason. Nutaku FKG is doing exactly the same as it was doing forever. Stable schedule of two week event, two week revival, permanent revivalintroduced every two weeks. Minor hiccups/delays only. Whale missions implemented in order, though not sure about the frequency relative to DMM original release.

Aigis never got "stable" updates. It was more like a lottery of "what and when is going to happen next?" Aigis also got a fucking three month hole of NOTHING, and zero communication about what's going on. Aigis had events (the ONLY form of content) being implemented months late and out of order, like the revivals being added 1.5 year after their relative chronological implementation on DMM.
Aigis was much more neglected, and it showed, than FKG is on Nutaku.

This is absolutely true, but I imagine DMM/individual development teams would still outsource translations to third parties while taking greater control over the management. Definitely. A minimum of two low-cost ranged damage units is recommended for every team, so unless you've already committed to a decent number of vampire hunters, monster hunters and pirates, Spica will significantly improve your earlygame performance. Each of these classes also have certain disadvantages compared to archers, which (arguably) represent the best compromise between cost, range, damage and attack speed.

Boosting Nanaly's attack as much as possible through dancers, AW passives and attack+ skills is also a common way of handling majin maps, and Spica's AW ability (+7% attack to archers) will serve you well for that purpose too.

TAKTO's artbooks seem to be really popular, and I like that Dendrobium is getting some attention, she has a lot of untapped gap moe between her appearance and role as the caretaker of the orchid mansion.

Generally speaking, she wouldn't be my first pick for that role. Racua is a specialist unit that can take on some otherwise very difficult bosses, but she can't do any sustained tanking due to her inability to be healed.

Fuuko, Hibari and Anya are the premier free units for tanking roles, as far as I'm aware, though none are likely to have their revivals in the near future. If you have her, I'd recommend Bernice for general tanking, since her kit has a strong defensive bent that lets her tank superbosses despite being a gold unit (which also makes her easy to raise thanks to Alegria gifts). She is common in budget majin clears for that reason, although her role has somewhat been usurped by Hibari.

Prince with the Aigis title can also do some hardcore tanking, since his skill triples his attack and defense, but you'll probably want him as a mage due to his cleanup potential. If you have her from the recent event, Nephty is not half bad either.

Now while the third ability is kinda prohibitive for the charge cost, the 2nd one apparently is a cumulative (big) buff. That's a 120% increased attack after enough turns. And considering the game is introducing longer battles all the time, it appears pretty broken.

Depends entirely on how much you like her. Many of Aigis' units are neither amazing nor terrible, you can make them work but they won't feature in every other map video like Emperor, Hibari, Mirno and Fuuko do.

Alongside angels, swordmasters are probably the best-designed class in this game, with distinct niches and mechanics that differentiate each unit from the next. Gloria's specialty is non-flying swarms, and she also does well in subjugations, where she can soften many enemy waves over the course of the map (although she's not suitable for AFK setups, and manually doing subjugations becomes a chore after a while). Her defense-increasing SAW makes her a decent enough duelist too, and since she relies on spamming her skill to do damage, you really want a rearguard tactician with her in the team.

If you find her cute, it won't be difficult to get a copy now and work on maxing her out when her revival comes around again. However, I'd first focus on getting core units like archers and healers up to par before raising her.

This is my setup, but it's massive overkill for swan boat maps (Easter Cactus rarely gets to use her revival, for starters). All you really need is one dodge + provoke rainbow and enough firepower to avoid giving too many attacks to the boss on the first node. You shouldn't lose any knights if everything goes right, and if you don't have a dodge rainbow, guts and barrier are also workable with some luck on your side.
