This is a pretty bad way to view things. If your index is longer than your ring finger, it just means you have a low level of testosterone. I'd say a guy who likes to dress up as a woman/wants to be a woman would (generally) have to have a pretty low amount of testosterone.*

*Yes, this is not always true. Generalizations etc. Looking at the ring and index fingers is a pretty terrible way to find out one's gender, though.
