Well, Shiro might have had a slight uptick for other reasons (e.g. the streaming) but her sudden uptick (literally an exponential increase in daily subscribers since the 20th) likely is at least in part to do with Luna (who started tweeting at Shiro around the 20th and obviously the huge growth yesterday coincides with the dolphin imitation).

Same goes for Yua. She had a slight uptick before the 20th but has been growing exponentially since then (at about a rate of 1.5x times the previous day). Again, I doubt it's _entirely_ due to Luna but that exposure definitely helped.

It's not hard at all unless you speak a very thick variant of it. Mostly only old people or people who live in isolated/rural communities have really thick regional dialects.
You can tell she speaks with a dialect even without looking at some of her tweets where she does speak in it. Her pronunciation and pitch accent patterns are pretty different from the standard dialect.

I'm not fluent, but there are some times when even on that channel, her dialect slips through.
For one I hear she's sort if in the middle between the standard dialect and the Kansai dialect when she pronounces long o's (ou words, to be specific.) Normally they do this in the standard dialect too, but it's more a mix between o and u whereas she pronounces it clearly like a long o to my ears.
I heard she said yutte instead of itte (言って) which is a reading more common in Kansai.
And the way she slurs her words in general seems very Kansai-ish to me. Maybe she's doing it intentionally (or just has some kind of impediment that makes her slur her words sometimes) but if not then it's another characteristic Kansai dialect trait.

Anyway, I don't know why, but she manages to hide her dialect better in those videos than when she's playing Luna.

With youtube's current algorithm, youtubers can only make money from viewed ads, and the amount they earn goes up exponentially if their videos are over 10 minutes long, because a second ad pops up at 10 minutes.

OK, so you install greasemonkey and that script. Then go to the uBlock dashboard, and to whitelist. Then you add a line with youtube.com/*user=USER to the list. Let's take Kizuna for example. You'd add

If it's still not working, restart, open the uBlock dashboard again to see if it wasn't commented out for some reason, and if it was, uncomment it and restart. Then it should work.
