Striker means that you are focused on close combat, Master means that you are good at a bit of everything. So Futayo, Muneshige and Katsuie are Strike Forcers because they are warriors expert at close quarter combat. So Tenzou was considered a close combat Ninja but now is a Ninja that is good at all sort of ninja things.

The Spears in particular were extracted from the future because they were living inside an Avalon which acted as a shelter against the Apocalypse.
The lab Musashi found in the Sanada ruins is where they were extracted.
Kiyomasa is Mary and Tenzou's kid.
Hirano is Asama and Toori's kid.
Kasuya is Nate and Toori's kid.
Katagiri is Suzu and Toori's kid.
Horizon and Toori did have a kid, but that kid is not one of the Spears.
The parentage of the other Spears has yet to be addressed.
Based on what the Spears said about Musashi "failing" in their future, Masazumi speculates that in that version of the world they failed to rescue Horizon at Mikawa and both Horizon and Toori were lost.
That happens right at the end of the chapter, so we'll have to wait until the book is out to see how that's supposed to make any sense at all combined with all the kids Toori apparently had.
