All UBW does for Archer is simply allow him to have no delay time when it comes to aquiring/making the swords he knows about.

So rather than wasting that extra second to make a half assed copy of them,the half assed copies are just always 'there' for his use whenever he needs them. Plus so long as he never ends the Reality Marble,his supply of swords is never runs out which people like Gilgamesh have a problem with.

So to say it simply it makes him into a demon swinging down as many powerful swords with diffirent effects as his arms can handle.

After playing and practicing about 3 hours, I can only somewhat Combo well with Gil and Lancer. GoB fits surprisingly well in-between combos.

Constant "full speed" isn't possible. It doesn't matter how fast your processor is, you'll get at least a little (usually very brief) slowdown at certain points.

That being said, with a 3.0GHz+ Core 2 Duo/Quad, the game should run full-speed *most* of the time if you have the emulator configured properly.

Pic: Running PCSX2 0.9.5 PPr449 (Playground branch) on a Q6600@3.2GHz using GSdx 1.12, denormals=Chop/Zero, speedhacks=speed, framelimiting=limit. Runs at full speed for the most part, but certain stage+character combinations bring about brief slowdown.

Kotomine is broken reversal tier.

Sightings have him in Rin's beginner difficulty as well as Dark Saber's Normal difficulty.

The low framerate is getting on my nerves, but slowmotion Dark Sakura is impossibly hot and Kirei is still kicking ass, so I can't complain.

Leysritt is 4 or 5 Arcade clears, Saber Alter is 8 or so. Zero Lancer can appear randomly in any 6th stage of Arcade mode, kinda like how Luvia appeared randomly on the 4th stage for some in the original arcade version. There are 2 more characters that appear to be hidden at the moment, though.

Also..be careful about running 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 in the same directory. Running older builds will wipe certain settings (previously-enabled features of newer builds) from your configuration. You'll have to re-enable them when you run the newer build again.
