Not really. There isn't much from Ooyodo and Ashigara to the DDs or with each other. Ashigara being annoying unfortunately brings down the group. Only the DDs have any chemistry with each other if we ignore fan stuff.

I'd say something similar for Nishimura group, as in the DDs go well with each other (more so with the new lines and Michishio kai ni) except we get some interaction between the Fusou sisters and the two lead DDs.

Sending LBS to the boss node seems to be the last trump card, but that also mean you're crippling your chances of passing Node L smoothly, unless you have a good support dice roll.

Only 1 retreat from L node so support has been treating me well so far. Sparkling and putting your heavy hitters at the forefront may kill Ta before they fire during their second turn. Bringing Abukuma helps a lot as well.

Unless you don't wish to complete the event, you're going to be stuck with those locked ships until part 2 in winter. So you're going to be fucked regardless of when you start E3.

In any case, that means they have to put in effort to save what ships you have used. It would probably be easier to impose the same fleet constraint they have implemented in this event.

The route was such a bitch I sent both land base waves to L. When I finally got to the boss it was red T, and then this happened. Route support was absent and Abukuma had 3 boats and no minisub; I don't recommend this strategy.

Reusing the current fleets in functionally similar maps is likely if they do it, and they'd probably add another combined fleet lockout for Kurita.

Nishimura is probably only one part of the map.
The map seems to indicate using the previous fleets.
