These are fairly easy to play with to get what you wish for. I've stopped using the head for space and usage purposes so I've simply turned the head inside out - I'm sure you can do the same for everything else.

It's been doing fine, held up so far to all the changes and abuse I've been throwing at her. I've sewn a zip at the back for ease of stuffing so I can make changes on the fly. The limbs are easily tucked in and can be sewn shut, with some difficulty with the thighs as they are rather big.

So what I do is, after washing the lolinco pretty thoroughly, I dry off the outside and then take a microfiber and wrap my index finger with it and push it in while the inside is still wet.
