I love tomboys more than just about anything else, but not because I think the more like a man a girl is the better. I have no problem with imagining that the Yuugi on the right is capable of holding me down with one hand or even one finger.
So both Yuugis are stronger than you. Both have the same raucous, bombastic personality. And while no official Touhou heights have been listed, and some estimates have surprisingly short results, it's safe to say that even if Yuugi is not taller than you, both versions are going to be tall women.
With Yuugi being tall, powerful and tomboyish, the only place left for there to be a gap is if she has a feminine body. This is of course headcanon, but so is the version on the left. The only non-headcanon version of Yuugi is the ZUN-art version.

I've got nothing against muscley girls or the guys who love them. Heck, some girls look great with biceps and cheese grater abs. But I love girls that are feminine and boyish at the same time, and the right version just does that so much better.

The only good Yuugi is one giving a paizuri. No use otherwise.
