EoSD, PCB, IN are translated. MoF is supposed to be translated but the translators don't want to release it. PoFV, SWR, and IaMP might never be translated, too much text. SA is being translated now, I believe.

it's not the translating, it's hacking the newer games and making a patch. The wiki already has translations of the stage dialogues (I'm sure the endings are translated too but no one will provide them because of that "ZUN says no sharing the endings hurrrrrr" deal"). And I think images are mostly done too. People kept saying they were waiting for ZUN to patch MoF (MarisaBug) but it's not like it mattered since there wasn't anyone ready to make the translation patch even if he did (but he obviously won't).

A while ago someone was here saying he was working on SA and people directed him to voile for the images that were already done, I haven't heard anything about it since though

Most of the SWR translations are on the touhou wiki, though it's one thing to have it separate and another thing to have it in game.

I'm guessing it would take a lot of work to get it into the game itself?
