The dragons didn't wanted to get in Musashi's path or being their enemies, they wanted to spend their last moments in this world without regrets and at least giving this new generation the key to the future, that includes Sanada and Musashi. That's why the last moments of Sasuke talking with Horizon showed him being so happy and calm, also that's why Musashi is no longer a group of people that still hold doubt in their heart, that leads to Gin and Muneshige's desition, to Nate's resolution and Horizon's dream about the future. Only Asama is the one remaining and on 6C you will see her resolution.

My point stands, you don't even understand anything about what happened there. Try to pay more attention when you read the LN because you're missing important details.

Futayo won the fight but the goal wasn't really defeating Sasuke, was spending the last bits of his life in the battle that was always the foundation of his honor and pride, that's why he asked "would you play a bit longer?" and also for Futayo this was a huge massive step in her way to reach her father's path while for Gin was understanding that she don't need to focus on her past and keep looking back to that, she needs to look at the future with her husband and that's the reason why she decided to be an official member of Musashi instead of keeping her connection with Tres España.

I can't believe how your reading comprehension is so bad. That attack happened because Sasuke almost told Musashi the real nature of the Speers and that's something they have to keep as a secret. There is a reason you will know on the upcoming volumes as for why the Speers aren't the 10 Sanada braves.

If Gin haven't decided to look at the future she will never be able to stand at Muneshige's side, during all this time only Mune was the one doing that but now Gin realized what was her mistake, now she's at his side.

Stop explaining story for me, I know what's happened, I don't like how it's happened. I have an important information for you, Musashi, that I could've tell you in any moment through the last 200 pages, but I'll intentionally leave it untill the end to let the enemy come close enough to interrupt me in the most crucial moment. It's not a good storytelling.

She already showed her feelings in Volume 3 and especially 4.

And again, don't get me wrong. I won't deny general story and character developments in this book. There are a lot of good things happened here. But for me, personally, the whole dragon arc felt like a big rule of cool moment for the sake of it, because why not fight dragons if we can? I didn't get any emotional attachment to any of the new dragon characters(they're here for only half of the book anyway), I didn't care that much about the fights because resolution was obvious from the get go, and I generally prefer aerial battles to people slaying giant monsters for 300 pages straight. The history lessons was interesting, but again you don't have to repeat the same things over and over again and spread the important stuff so thin through them. My favorite fitght in 5B was Fukushima and Kyomasa against God of Wars, because there were a real stakes and resolution was actually unexpected. And Katou Danzou at least stays in the story for another arc. All of Sanada stuff just didn't do enough for me despite the fact how hard it tried. I don't think it's a bad Volume in general, but definitely not as good as the previous two.

You're being silly. I simply gave up on seeing anything Kawakami animated years ago, if it wasn't Index or SAO it would have been something else. Learn to move on already, miracles don't happen.

Just let it go guys, Horizon s3 will never happen, this is why:

-studio 8 is completely disbanded, everyone is working on another studios or projects inside Sunrise
-Horizon reached it's ending which means there is no room for boost in LN sells
-Making Horizon is more expensive and requires a huge amount of work unlike SAO or Index which are basically standard light novels with a huge amount of merchandise and promo material

In the end another season is a no-no for Sunrise, LL is trash but gives them money thanks to the idolfags meanwhile the first 2 seasons combined reached 50K at best.

Horizon is a light novel and not the average "light novel", the book's thickness turns off most people and the S1 anime's basically an infodump, the chara designs and setting are good tho. If the fanbase grows, it might be because of the chara design and we'll get discussion centered around characters without care for the story then we'll end up like most of the anime fanbase where x-fags are trying to tear up a new asshole for y-fag every single thread.
