Well, ORT is actually total overkill even in the Nasuverse. Nasu himself openly said nothing can compare to it. It's a rigged trump card that shouldn't be brought into powerlevel discussions.

It can exterminate the entire planet single-handedly, and killed one of the strongest entities the planet even knows in seconds.
The ONLY thing that could "kill" ORT physically (since it can't even "die" since its concept of death does not apply on Earth) is the Black Barrel, and the only person to wield it, Gun God, is a very mortal being who died very mortally when he tried to shoot down Type-Saturn. I don't know if ORT would react faster than Type-Saturn, but it would certainly react much harsher. Gun God didn't die instantaneously, but he most certainly would against ORT.

Shiki only survived in Tsukihime because his opponents kept underestimating him (Chaos: DOHOHO WHAT CAN A NORMAL NOT-EVEN-A-MAGUS HUMAN DO TO HARM ME?) Really, the guy has no ranged attacks, he has to get up close to his enemy to cut him, and even then he can only cut along certain predesignated lines. If it was some kind of quick process, rather than a very slow one, then the Earth wouldn't last those several thousand years before becoming Mercury thanks to it.
Remember, it's said that just with its presence the Earth is being changed, so it's obviously not some kind of local-only phenomena that could theoretically be fast.

These are indeed a disadvantage if ORT lacks ranged weaponry.
It's also harmed by the fact that we don't even know how it MOVES. If it moves quickly, it could theoretically dodge. Hell, it might even have teleportation or some other moves. All we know is that should it decide to "damage" something that nothing will survive its assault.
For all that means, it could destroy Slash Emperor. But that's highly doubtful as it CUTS REALITY.

If ORT has lasers, they would be at an unstoppable caliber. It would incinerate anyone wielding Black Barrel or Demonic Swords before they got close.

Yukari's Gap energy is pretty Broad in what it can do. And if she ever were to fight Flandre and possibly be on the losing end, she could always Boarder/Gap away. And not to mention Race. Flan has all the weaknesses a vampire has. If Yukari wanted to be really cheap. she could just use a Boarder Rain spell to make it rain around Flan or any other things that Vampires are weak to.

ORT is quite obviously not built for quick full-body movement. Rather, the arms/etc would be used for rapid attacks upon targets. Keep in mind that ORT has only been called the physical strongest. If It had a plethora of abilities like ranged attacks or teleportation, then it would be called the most powerful or the ultimate being, or something more blatant. As such, I'd consider those kinds of things doubtful.
Additionally, dodging would be made much harder by the fact that Slash Emperor can be however large is necessary to cleave the target. This could be interpreted such that it could be elongated mid-combat to catch a foe off-guard.


Special abilities would absolutely help. Ducking in and out of parallel dimensions to avoid enemy attacks, redirecting attacks into parallel dimensions, the number of possible uses of Zelretch's magic at his best are astounding.
And speaking of weaponry utilized to channel the energy, ever heard of the jeweled sword he used? It's how he channeled the energy into a blast large enough to destroy the Crimson Moon. Think something like Excalibur, except on a much bigger scale.
